Terms and Conditions

• Payment Terms: The course fee must be paid in full, no later than 14 working days prior to the commencement of the programme. In the event of late payment In2uitive-Solutions reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 2% per calendar month, or part thereof, from the last date that payment was due to the date that payment is made.

• Additional Expenses: All related travel expenses would be charged at 45p per mile. All accommodation and subsistence will be recharged at cost.

• Materials: Additional development costs may be incurred if specially designed products e.g. handbooks, binders, certificates etc are commissioned.

• Venue: It is the responsibility of the client for the booking of the training venue, as are all direct and associated costs for such items as accommodation, equipment or video hire, subsistence and refreshments.

• Cancellation Charges:
Less than 14 days notice received: Full fee payable
15 to 28 days notice received: 50% fee payable
Over 28 days notice received: option to reschedule or 20% fee payable

There will be no charge for the changing of delegate details, 14 days notice would be appreciated particularly where pre course preparation takes place.

In2uitive-Solutions reserves the right to cancel a course without liability, in these circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
